Simple, But Not Easy
A Guide to Raising Daughters Who Will be Great Adults
When our daughters were in high school, a friend who was expecting her first child asked, "How did you and your husband have such great kids?" Our children played sports, they did well in school, and they knew how to behave well in public. She wanted that for her child. Truthfully, that is what most of us want of our children.
Her question sparked the writing effort that became this book. It contains simple, straightforward advice to help parents get or regain control of their homes and their children. The content won’t be news to many people---but all of us need an occasional reminder that discipline and expectations are not unkind. They are the best thing we, as parents, can do for our children.
